Overview

Our client discovered a gap in the domestic market where there was a utilisation of the ingredient turmeric which has optimal skin benefits.

Glowelle skin approached us to design their packaging as they entered the beauty and skincare market in Australia. Along the way we developed a packaging that was identifiable, modern, and put the concept of turmeric at the forefront with the use of colour and typography.

Designing the packaging the client observed their competitors and looked at how they were able to adapt trends that worked for their competition, however also allowed for them to be a point of difference so they were able to be identified easier by their clients.

The client looked at a scope of colours and worked off yellow tones to represent turmeric which was the Glowelle Skins main point of difference.

As we developed the PR packaging for the client, the container, and outer packaging, we developed cylindrical designs, as well as cubed designs for our client that worked well with one another. Working with overseas suppliers we communicated the finishing for the products and produced the print-ready files. Liaising with their overseas producers the product returned with little to no imperfections and the client was able to open their online store as soon as their products were delivered.
