Overview

A developer decided to relaunch their brand after obtaining millions of dollars in projects.

Tolfield Construction operated with a generic logo when they initially launched. As their brand and business opportunities grew, they wanted to create a brand that would hold similarities with their other ventures, as well as create a mark they weren’t afraid to show to their investors.

Brothers decided to further their careers in the construction industry as they purchased and developed properties that allowed them to build projects that served the purpose to sell and create wealth, that was soon to be reinvested into future projects.

With a history in construction, the Maroun family wanted to build a construction empire that would further their family's rich history in construction. They wanted us to develop an identity for them that was timeless and appealed to higher socioeconomic characters that would act as potential investors for their projects. We developed a strong yet minimal brand strategy for the client, allowing them to coordinate their brand with specific projects. We generated a branding system that allowed their brand to be easily identifiable on real estate platforms, supporting websites, and personal touchpoints such as business cards, letterheads, and stationery.
